1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 8 business day. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods (like major festivals or sales), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your jewelry reaches you in perfect condition.

Standard Shipping: [6-8] business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location (especially for remote areas).

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout:

Standard Shipping: 40 rupees(Free on orders over [999]).
Express Shipping: 80 rupees.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, allowing you to follow your package's journey directly on the courier's website.

5. Delivery Issues & Delays

While we strive for punctuality, occasionally delays may occur due to weather, courier strikes, or logistical issues outside of our control.

Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your details at checkout!
